Returns & Order Issues

Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged item or a product that does not meet our quality standards, please email info@livingwaterorganics.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number and full name

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A copy of your order receipt


Claims Policy

We are unable to assist with claims submitted more than 72 hours after delivery.
Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, melted, or frozen products once shipped, as we cannot control carrier handling or environmental conditions.

  • Damaged items refer to broken packaging only and must be unused and returned to qualify for a replacement.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In certain cases, we may choose to waive the shipping fee for a replacement as a courtesy.

  • Replacement items will be shipped once the damaged or incorrect items have been returned and inspected.


Order Cancellations

Please double-check your cart before checkout. Once an order is placed, it is immediately deducted from our inventory and cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain accurate stock levels for all customers.


Shipping Information

  • Orders process in approximately 1–7 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after shipment.

  • Tracking information is provided and should update within 72 hours of shipment. If tracking does not update, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If a package is marked undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct. A new shipping label (at cost) will be required to reship. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Fraud & Security

We take fraudulent activity seriously. False claims, chargebacks without valid reason, or providing undeliverable addresses may result in:

  • Cancellation of your order

  • Refusal of future service

  • Reporting to banks and the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS.gov)
    Fraudulent orders and chargebacks will not be refunded. Legal action may be taken when necessary.


Allergen & Product Use Disclaimer

Please read all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. All products are made in the same environment and may contain traces of nuts, herbs, or other potential allergens. Patch testing is recommended if you have sensitive skin.

Our products are not FDA approved, and any ingredient benefits described are for informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional before using new skincare products.
