Frequently asked questions
Average Processing and Shipping Times
- Orders process in approximately 7–10 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days after shipment.
- Tracking information is provided and should update within 72 hours of shipment. If tracking does not update, please contact the carrier or us directly.
- If a package is marked undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct. A new shipping label (at cost) will be required to reship. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do You Offer Returns/Exchanges or Cancellations?
Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with an order you receive please review our Claims Policy and contact us with the necessary information within 72 hours.
In regards to cancellations, please double-check your cart before checkout. Once an order is placed, it is immediately deducted from our inventory and cannot be canceled. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain accurate stock levels for all customers.
Claims Policy for Damaged/Missing Orders
If you receive a damaged item or a product that does not meet our quality standards, please email info@livingwaterorganics.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number and full name
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A copy of your order receipt
If you find that your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of the estimated delivery date given by the shipping provider so that we may work with you and the shipping provider to try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please include:
- Your order number and full name
- A clear description of the issue
- Applicable screenshots of tracking or incorrect delivery
- A copy of your order receipt
Although we are not responsible for lost, stolen, melted, or frozen products once shipped, as we cannot control carrier handling or environmental conditions, we can help by filing a claim with the shipping provider and shipping out a replacement.
Damaged items refer to broken packaging only and must be unused and returned to qualify for a replacement.

Every dollar spent earns one point, with additional points available for leaving reviews, liking us on Facebook through the link in our loyalty program, and more.
Our loyalty program includes three tiers, each unlocking more reward potential as you move up. Sprout begins at 100 points, Bloom at 500 points, and Flourish at 1,000 points. Each tier offers its own set of rewards, with more perks available at higher levels.
