How do I place a wholesale order?
You can request a catalog by filling out our contact form or emailing us at livingwaterorganics@outlook.com. Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll create a custom order listing for you to purchase.

What is the processing time?
Orders are processed within 3–10 business days. Extremely large orders may require additional time, which will be discussed with you before purchase.

Who covers shipping?
All shipping costs are covered by the customer. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout once your order is finalized.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you run into an issue with your order, please contact us—we’ll do our best to help resolve it.

Can I order custom quantities or product bundles?
