Our products are packaged in glass containers as we try to minimize the use of single use plastics. Living Water Organics has taken on more sustainability factors since it’s opening.
Shelf Life: Our Milk & Tallow Hydrating Leave-In Conditioner has a shelf life of approximately 12-18 months. To ensure the best performance, use it within this period and follow standard storage instructions for optimal freshness.

Shipping + Returns
- Orders process in approximately 3–7 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days after shipment.
- Tracking information is provided and should update within 72 hours of shipment. If tracking does not update, please contact the carrier or us directly.
- If a package is marked undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct. A new shipping label (at cost) will be required to reship. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
