Keep the lid tightly sealed to prevent contamination and avoid introducing moisture into the product to ensure its longevity. If the mask becomes too firm, gently warm it between your hands before use. Always use clean hands or a spatula to scoop out the product to preserve its quality.
SHELF LIFE:
With proper storage in a cool, dry place, the mask should last anywhere from 6-12 months, depending on environmental conditions and handling.

- Tracking information is provided and should update within 72 hours of shipment. If tracking does not update, please contact the carrier or us directly.
- If a package is marked undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct. A new shipping label (at cost) will be required to reship. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
