Made from organic flaxseeds, this gel is carefully blended with hydrating and simple ingredients, offering deep hydration. The result? A plant-powered formula that defines curls, reduces frizz, and seals in moisture without leaving hair stiff or crunchy.

Infused with a lightweight humectant blend, this gel works to attract and retain water in the hair shaft, keeping strands soft and supple throughout the day.

The hold level reflects the natural hold typical of botanical gels, not the stronger hold of chemically formulated gels.

Approximate shelf life of 2 months when stored away from heat and direct sunlight. Up to 4 months shelf life when stored in fridge. Perfect for twist-outs, wash-and-go styles, or simply enhancing your natural texture—this gel offers a balance of definition, hydration, and long-lasting freshness.

Very small remnant of flaxseed particles in gel are not uncommon.

Gel can vary in color depending on the color of the organic flaxseeds used and the length of the boiling time.

Our products are packaged in glass containers as we try to minimize the use of single use plastics. LWO has taken on more sustainability factors since it’s opening.

Plain Flaxseed Gel: Aqua (Distilled Water), Linum Usitatissimum Seed (Organic Whole Flaxseeds), Glycerin (Vegetable Glycerin), Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol and Caprylyl Glycol and Sorbic Acid.

Rosemary Flaxseed Gel: Aqua (Distilled Water), Linum Usitatissimum Seed (Organic Whole Flaxseeds), Glycerin, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Flower Water, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol and Caprylyl Glycol and Sorbic Acid, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil.

Peppermint & Chamomile Flaxseed Gel: Aqua (Distilled Water), Linum Usitatissimum Seed (Organic Whole Flaxseeds), Glycerin, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Flower Water, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Infused Water, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol and Caprylyl Glycol and Sorbic Acid, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Oil.

We try to keep our products simple in ingredients, striving to not exceed a maximum of 14 ingredients in one product.

If a package is marked undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct. A new shipping label (at cost) will be required to reship. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
