Photo Submission Requirements (Important)
To ensure the most accurate results, please follow these guidelines:
- Submit 3–5 clear photos
- Taken in natural lighting indoors, facing a window
- No direct sunlight or harsh shadows
- No makeup
- No filters or editing
- Hair should be:
- Natural color visible
- If currently dyed or bleached, include an older photo showing natural color if possible
- Neutral expression preferred
- Simple background (no strong colors behind you)

Shipping + Returns
- Orders process in approximately 7-10 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days after shipment.
- Tracking information is provided and should update within 72 hours of shipment. If tracking does not update, please contact the carrier or us directly.
- If a package is marked undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct. A new shipping label (at cost) will be required to reship. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with an order you receive please review our Claims Policy and contact us with the necessary information within 72 hours.
